Person taking large quantities of oxycodone plus acetaminophen risk liver damage, especially when mixed with alcohol. Additionally, the cumulative effect of alcohol and oxycodone is known to have a respiratory depressant effect. Case of death have been recorded with the combination of small amounts of oxycodone and alcohol.
